1. Eligibility for Replacement
Products are eligible for replacement only if:
- They arrive damaged, defective, or not as described (Must be notified within 48hrs)
- They develop a manufacturing fault (Must be notified within 48hrs)
- A wrong item or model was delivered (Must be notified within 24hrs)
2. Non-Eligible Conditions
Replacement requests will not be accepted if:
- The item is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, unauthorized repairs, or power fluctuations
- The item shows signs of wear and tear unrelated to manufacturing defects
- The request is made after 3 days from the delivery date
- The item is returned without its original packing accessories or proof of purchase
3. Replacement Process
- Contact customer service via hotline or email with order details.
- Pack the item securely and hand over to our courier or collection team.
- Inspection & Approval: Once your return is inspected and approved:
- A replacement unit will be sent to you within 3–5 working days, subject to availability.
- Snap.lk shall be solely liable to bear all courier or delivery service charges for valid replacements.
- If the same model/variant is unavailable, a credit note or refund will be offered (as per our Refund Policy).
Customers are advised to check product dimensions, capacity, and features before purchase.
